This is an total transformation of an existing chalet complex into a small resort for senior officers of the Singapore Armed Forces. The only retention was the structures of the exsiting chalets, the land form and trees. The admin/common block was demolished and re-built. Even the carpark was revamped. All existing building underwent A&A.
